Whiskey River can be a duo, trio, quartet or a full-throttle electric band. Rocking or traditional, acoustic or electric, just as you like it. We provide music for dancing and concerts, both traditional “Fais Do Do” & rocking “Zydeco Boogaloos”. We deliver excellent music workshops and will enhance any “special themed events”. Alright, I'm never here, and I have little time, so a quick entry for the sake of having something in record...
I'm putting together a band. I'll have to change, maybe, the name of my page- or maybe not! But the band is to be called "The Backsliders". I'm quasi-christian, but don't want to get into it. Don't want to get labeled and dismissed... but I believe in something! And it's not to be preached, it just is. 'Nuff said. I have a drummer who wants to jam, see what we can do. He's very good, and we've played gigs together before. I have a guitar player, not sure if it'll work or not, but he's a great guy and seems to like working on stuff with me. So we'll see... updates'll come- because I really want to do this! Thanks for looking in- stay tuned! This might mean something. |
