The DIFFERENCE - a 5 piece rock/pop band based in the North West of England specialising in music from the 60's and 70's. However, what sets them apart from other bands is that the band features former members of several original chart bands from the era, including: The Nashville Teens (classic hit record: Tobacco Road) Chicory Tip (number 1 hit record: Son Of My Father) The Renegades {International number 1 hit record: Cadillac) The Honeycombs (UK number 1 hit: Have I The Right) and have also individually worked with many top international artists, including Ian Dury, Mark'Oh!, Scaffold, Gordon Giltrap, John Renbourn (Pentangle), Rock Island Line, Kim Ono, More, etc, and therefore have a great musical pedigree that is the envy of many other bands. As well as versions of their 'hits', they also cover material in their live show from The Spencer Davis Group, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Neil Young, The Kinks, The Who, The Commitments, etc., and are currently working on material for their new CD.
